Eligibility. Open to individuals aged 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live) who hold a registered Marketsz account, anywhere in the world except where prohibited by law, and except residents of countries or regions subject to U.S. sanctions. Employees, contractors and agents of Sponsor, and their immediate families and households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
Sweepstake period. October 18, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET through December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Period"). Only actions completed within the Period earn ballots, except that every account created before the Period starts receives its sign-up ballots automatically.
How to enter and earn ballots. Create a free Marketsz account (one account per person). Ballots are then earned as follows:

• Pay for a ship request: 10 ballots (up to 5 per day)
• Activate a Plus / Business Plus membership: 25 ballots (max 1 time(s))
• A friend you referred signs up: 5 ballots (max 20 time(s))
• Follow us on Instagram: 5 ballots (max 1 time(s))
• Follow us on Facebook: 5 ballots (max 1 time(s))
• Leave us a Trustpilot review (send the link): 30 ballots (max 1 time(s))
• Like / comment / share our post (send the link): 2 ballots (up to 3 per day)
During Black Friday through Cyber Monday (November 27 to November 30, 2026, ET), ballots for paid ship requests are doubled. Actions that are cancelled, refunded, reversed or found fraudulent do not count. Social media and review actions are verified by Sponsor before ballots are added. Sponsor may change the ballot table with notice on the sweepstake page; ballots already earned are never removed except for fraud or rule violations.
Free alternate method of entry (no purchase necessary). Send an email to sweepstakes@marketsz.com with the subject "Sweepstake entry", your full name and your Marketsz account email, to receive 5 ballots (limit one request per person per day, maximum 5 requests per person). Free account creation and the social-media actions above are also available at no cost.
Prize. One (1) grand prize: one new Apple iPhone 18 Pro (approximate retail value US$890) and one (1) year of free Marketsz membership (Plus or Business Plus, matching the winner's account type). Total approximate value is stated by Sponsor in good faith and may vary. If the iPhone 18 Pro is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize has no cash value, is not transferable and may not be exchanged. The winner is solely responsible for all taxes, duties, import fees and customs charges in their country.
Winner selection. One winner will be selected on or about January 2, 2027 in a random drawing from all eligible ballots, in which each whole ballot equals one chance. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible ballots received. The drawing is recorded and auditable.
Notification. The winner will be notified by email and in their account, and announced on Marketsz social channels. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, is ineligible, or the prize is undeliverable, Sponsor may select an alternate winner. Sponsor may require verification of identity, age and eligibility before awarding the prize.
Conduct. Multiple accounts, fake accounts, bots, scripts or any attempt to manipulate the sweepstake result in disqualification and removal of ballots. Sponsor's decisions are final.
Publicity. Where permitted by law, entry constitutes consent to the use of the winner's first name, country and photo for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Data. Personal data is used to administer the sweepstake in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://marketsz.com/privacy).
Social media disclaimer. This sweepstake is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram. Entrants release these platforms from any liability.
Limitation of liability. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries, technical failures, or events beyond its control. Sponsor may modify, suspend or cancel the sweepstake if fraud, technical failure or any other factor compromises its integrity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor from all liability arising from participation or the prize.
Governing law. This sweepstake is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
